we picked him because we had no experience with this area and we wanted someone who could show us a variety of different locations and actually know the lakes and tell us about them, and the places that surround them. He was very informative on everything with all the places we had looked at and everything that had to do with the actual house and the lot it was on. We felt like he was looking out for us and not just trying to get us into the first place he showed. He is a GREAT realitor and we will be using him with our next purchase!!
